1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Fridays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sale periods or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

2. Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your city/region.
  • Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.) typically receive orders faster than remote areas.
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, courier issues, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of MINHAL COLLECTION.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotions — any such offer will be announced on our store/social pages.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number/ID via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
  • You can use this tracking ID on our courier partner's website/app to check delivery status.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel.
  • Our courier partner will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned and cancelled.
  • Repeated failure to receive COD orders may result in future orders being processed on an advance-payment basis only.

6. Areas We Deliver To

  • We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan through our courier partners.
  • For orders outside Pakistan, please contact us directly on WhatsApp to check availability and shipping charges.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across most cities in Pakistan.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery for a smoother experience.

8. Order Changes After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address or cancel the order. Please review your details carefully before confirming your order.
